EntirelyDigital is a proudly service-focused company, founded in 2001, that has grown steadily over the years. With data centers in the United States and Canada, EntirelyDigital has built a robust North American presence designed to offer superior performance and reliability. EntirelyDigital has managed the servers for all of Tinker Graphics & Marketing’s hosting clients since 2001.

As a marketing customer of Tinker Graphics & Marketing, we wanted to let you know that you will continue to receive the same service from our local team. Those services will be headed up by Jared Gallucci, whom most of you have worked with since as early as 2011. Under his direction, all previous strategies and hard work will remain in place to enhance the performance of your website.

Here is what you can expect as a Marketing Customer during the transition:

July marketing invoice
- Because Tinker Graphics & Marketing invoices for service at the beginning of the month (ex July service on July 1st, which is due on receipt) and EntirelyDigital invoices for service a month in advance (ex August services on July 1st, due on August 1st) you will receive an invoice from Tinker Graphics & Marketing on July 1st for your July marketing services. This invoice will not have a charge for hosting as we are providing a free month of hosting during the transition to accommodate the difference in billing cycles and to thank you for all your years of business. This final marketing invoice will be payable to Tinker Graphics & Marketing.

First EntirelyDigital invoice
- Soon after you receive the July marketing invoice from Tinker Graphics & Marketing, you will receive an invoice from EntirelyDigital for your August services, which will be due by August 1st. Starting with this invoice all payments should be made to EntirelyDigital.

Same great hosting and marketing, same great pricing, slightly different name
- There will be no changes to your hosting services, marketing services or pricing. The only change will be that the invoices will now be emailed from “EntirelyDigital” as will all support emails. Your payment statements will also reflect the new name. Particularly, if you pay via credit card, your statement will show "ENTIRELYDIGITAL".

- Your preferred method of payment will not change unless you choose to modify it, however we will not be able to transfer the credit card information for recurring payments to EntirelyDigital so when you receive your first email invoice you will have to login to your new EntirelyDigital customer portal and re-enter the information. When you log in you will also notice that you have expanded payment options for your services. In addition to payment via check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, we can now offer payments via bank transfer and PayPal. Please note that if you use a Payment Processor you will have to notify them to make payments payable to EntirelyDigital and have them update the remittance address to the address on your invoice.
