Recently, as part of a strategic review of our service offerings, Tinker Graphics decided to combine resources with EntirelyDigital to further enhance our customers’ services with improved resources and options for your hosting. As a result, going forward, your hosting and domain services will be managed and supported by EntirelyDigital.
For customers that benefit from our SEO and other Marketing services, you will be happy to hear that you will continue to receive the same service from our local team. The team will be available going forward and any knowledge, previous strategies, and hard work will remain in place to benefit your website and business now and for the future.

While the immediate changes are few, the long-term benefit to all our customers is real:
Improved support and customer service
- EntirelyDigital has a larger, dedicated staff to answer any inquiries that you may have. Over time, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service.
Free month of hosting service
- Tinker Graphics & Marketing invoiced for service at the beginning of the month (ex August service on August 1st). EntirelyDigital invoices for service a month in advance (ex. August service on July 1st). To accommodate this difference, and to thank you for all your years of business, all hosting customers will receive a month of hosting at no charge (hosting service only). You will receive an email invoice on or about July 1st from EntirelyDigital, but it will be for August service.
Same great hosting, same great pricing, slightly different name
- There will be no changes to your hosting pricing or services, including your email accounts. The only change will be that the invoices will now be emailed from “EntirelyDigital” as will all support emails. Your payment statements will also reflect the new name. Particularly, if you pay via credit card, your statement will show "ENTIRELYDIGITAL".
More Payment Options
- You will now have expanded payment options for your services - in addition to payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, we can now offer payments via bank transfer and PayPal. Please note: Your preferred method of payment will not change unless you ask us to modify it, however we will not be able to transfer your credit card information to EntirelyDigital so when you receive your first email invoice you will have to login to EntirelyDigital’s customer portal and re-enter this.
Expanded product offering
- Customers can now choose from a wider range of hosting services, including Offsite Cloud Backup Services, Windows hosting, Microsoft Exchange hosting, VPS, Advanced Cloud Anti-spam/Anti-virus and much more.
EntirelyDigital is a proudly service-focused company, founded in 2001, that has grown steadily over the years. With data centers in the United States and Canada, EntirelyDigital has built a robust North American presence designed to offer superior performance and reliability.
Soon your account will be moved over to our new systems. In a week or so, you will receive an email from EntirelyDigital with your customer portal login details. We will be working to transition to the new systems in a seamless manner, but should we need any action from you, we will reach out to you.
